A bit about the role 
The Director of Transformation is a new role to Action for Children and will play a critical part in delivering the organisation's business improvement targets and implementing strategic improvements to optimise the business functions.

You will roadmap our strategic ambitions through identification and build of business cases that highlight opportunities to reduce costs and support ongoing improvements to the efficiency of the organisation.

How you'll help to create brighter futures 

• Working with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that key programmes, projects, and priorities in the business plan are aligned to the strategic direction of the organisation.
• Establishing and leading a PMO function that supports the delivery of the business plan and other strategic change across Action for Children.
• Ensuring that proposed change activities are supported by evidence-based business cases based on sound financial analysis and resource implications.
• Working with delivery teams across the organisation to ensure that all key transformation activities have appropriate governance in place.
