Responsibilities include nurturing essential life skills, facilitating access to education and well-being services, and guiding them through the complexities of adulthood.
The AB56 service aims to provide holistic, needs-led, rights-based family support to families in Moray with children aged 0-12 and a child under 5 in the household. This Tier 2 Family support service bridges the gap between universal services and targeted interventions, reducing the need for referrals to Social Work services. The service delivery model offers preventative interventions to families in their homes and communities, helping them identify needs and develop strategies to address them. The core theme of emotional, physical, and social wellbeing guides all service activities, with a focus on keeping children safe and placing families at the heart of decision-making processes.
