​We are looking for a part-time Voice and Influence Adviser (29.6 hours)  to cover maternity leave until 30th September 2025. You will be joining the UK Voice and Influence Team in delivering Barnardo's vision of ensuring that the voices and lived experiences of children and young people are at the heart of everything that we do as a charity, they inform how we work and the decisions we make in every part of Barnardo's.

As part of this team, you will play an active role in working alongside Children's Services colleagues to lead, inspire and enable excellent and inclusive voice and influence practice to take place.
