Location: East Midlands Family Placement Project Contract type: Permanent Hours: 22 Salary: £33,591.00 - £44,172.00 (Full Time Equivalent) £19,973.03 - £26,264.43 (Pro Rata) Closing Date: 24 April 2022 Barnardo's Midlands Fostering Families is looking for a part time Fostering Practice Manager to join our service at the Spondon office. The successful applicant will undertake the supervision and continuous professional development of social work staff. They will ensure that fostering practice remains of a high standard by quality assuring assessments, file audits and help develop practice across the team. They will join a team of supportive Practice Managers working across the Midlands.
As a member of the management team the successful applicant is expected to contribute towards the strategic planning and development of the service, including implementation of team plans and assessment of future resources. The applicant must have:
