This is a permanent fixed term Full-Time/37 h.p.w. post until the 31 March 2025 with extension subject to further funding. The service is funded by the Public Health Agency, and we work in close partnership with the Health and Social Care Trusts and a range of Voluntary Organisations to deliver a range of interventions to children and families.
