Job Opportunity with Community Foster Care - Youth Support Coordinator (BoA)

Job Location: Bradford on Avon
Salary: £29,751.41 - £32,097.40 (FTE) dependent on experience
Hours: 7.5 hours per week. There is flexibility in when these hours could be worked but you would ideally have a presence on a Tuesday

We are searching for new talented, inspired people to join our crew.  As a small community focused Charity, exciting things are happening, and we’re looking for new crew members to join our expedition.  We’re propelled by our values and our belief to explore new ways to realise young people’s potential and achieve our mission.

What would you need to do?
  • Coordinate BoA Youth project delivery and ensure a high standard of work
  • Provide line management and supervision to a team of support workers
  • Take a lead on coordinating the participation of young people in BoA
  • Work in partnership with the local community to promote activities for young people

  • A willingness to embrace challenge and actively seek constructive feedback.
  • A willingness and ability to be a highly functioning team player.
  • A willingness to work in a flexible way, to cover additional tasks where required, not specifically covered in the job description.
