We are a Pan-Wales service which means we work with prospective and approved foster parents and across Wales. We are looking for a Social Worker who is innovative, dynamic and forward-thinking to join our team in working with families across Wales.
Barnardo's Cymru Fostering service recruits, trains and supports foster parents across Wales, to deliver positive outcomes for children who are looked after. This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and innovative, not for profit fostering service. As a supervising social worker, you will assess prospective foster parents and supervise approved foster parents, to ensure positive outcomes are achieved for the children in thier care. NB: Whilst the Job Description makes reference to Family Placement, this role is specifically for a Supervising Social Worker in the Fostering Service.
