Job Opportunity with FFP Member, Break - Head of Marketing and Communications

Location: Norwich, with some hybrid working 
Salary: £44,276 – £53,780 depending on skills and experience
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

Working as part of our ambitious and innovative leadership team, you will work across a variety of sectors to convey important messages about Break’s critical work to further develop our excellent reputation of being a leading children’s charity across East Anglia.

About you
You will have demonstrable experience of developing and leading Communication and Marketing strategies and co-producing campaigns. You will have significant experience in internal and external communications and delivering marketing campaigns to further the charity’s reach and supporter engagement.

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be confident building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally and will have a relentless focus on positive outcomes, creating new and better means to build on Break’s success.  Using your can-do approach, you will develop talent and lead and build teams.

We would welcome candidates with experience of CRM, digital technology, strategic management and development of a range of internal and external communication platforms.
