About the role Our Mentoring Service forms an integral part of our offer to the young people that we care for, and they tell us regularly about how the unique relationship they have with their mentors allows them the space to talk about life challenges with someone outside of their usual support workers. Our aspiration is that all young people within Break will have access to a mentor and as our mentoring lead you will have the opportunity to help grow and maintain that already great relationship our young people have as well as support the creation of positive new relationship with the potential to last a lifetime. We are seeking an experienced candidate who is passionate about delivering this amazing service to children and young people and has the drive and ambition to help us achieve our aspirations for this service.
