Fair Ways Fostering Team are looking for a Deputy Fostering Manager to work alongside the Registered Manager and senior leadership team to ensure leadership and high quality service is delivered to foster families and the looked after young people. Working in the role of Deputy Manager you will be involved in a range of exciting and engaging things like:
This role is offered at 37.5 hours per week however we may be able to offer flexibility from 30 hours per week for the right candidate. All candidates must have a full driving license and have access to the use of a car as the role will require some travel throughout the Solent area. Successful candidates will be required to provide an enhanced Disclosure (DBS). This disclosure cost will be met by Fair Ways. You and your specialisms Management roles within our frontline services help achieve our mission of making a difference through passionate care, support, and education.
