About the Role An exciting opportunity to manage a team of personal advisors working with young people aged 15-21 transitioning from the care system into the community. The role involves ensuring the service provision meets the needs of individual young people and that staff are given adequate support. You will also oversee a daily drop in service for young people to attend for general advice and support throughout the week.
