Job Opportunity with TACT Fostering: Health Commissioning and Performance Manager

Salary: £50,250 per annum + Homeworking Allowance of £750 per annum
Hours: 35 Hours per Week

Location – Homebased - working with our teams across England, Scotland and Wales.   Occasional travel may be required.

The Health Commissioning and Performance Manager will operate across the commissioning cycle to ensure that the needs of our children and carers are understood and met via the commissioning of high performing services, The role is homebased but will cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Some travel will be required. The Health Commissioning and Performance Manager will contribute to TACT’s workforce planning and the professional development of TACT staff and carers and will lead on the integration of commissioning systems into those of the wider organisation where this is required.  This is an opportunity to build and develop the support we provide for our children and foster carers, feeding into the aims and objectives of TACTS’s 5-year strategic plan. The successful candidate must have experience of commissioning health services for children and young people and monitoring the quality and performance of providers. Knowledge of the children’s social care sector is desirable.
