Contract Status:   Permanent (Full Time) - 37.5 hours per week
Salary banding:    £77,654.22 - £87.444.18 per annum
Location: North Shields or Sheffield with ability to travel between regions

Team Fostering is looking for a CEO with Executive level experience in a social care environment to lead our not for profit fostering agency.

We are looking for:

• An inspiring, visionary, people-focused leader with strong strategic and operational experience in a relevant sector.
  
• A leader with expertise in the delivery of outstanding operational services who will take responsibility for meeting the financial and business development targets set by the Board of Directors.
  
• A qualified social worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or equivalent), who will bring substantial and demonstrable experience at a senior level of leadership and management within either an independent fostering agency of a comparable commercial or charitable environment.
  
• Someone with experience of organisational change, embedding a positive culture and building motivated teams.
  
• A champion of our values of respect, honesty, transparency, reliability and putting children at the centre of all that we do.
