The Together Trust are one of the North West’s leading charities. The Commercial Director will play a vital role in shaping the Together Trust of the future by overseeing all the charity’s commercial strategies, partnership building, strategic financial planning, and revenue generation initiatives. As a key member of the Trust’s senior leadership team, you will collectively be responsible for driving and overseeing the charity's organisational strategic priorities and ambitions for the children, young people, adults, and families we support.

As an ambitious and impactful organisation, the Together Trust is seeking an experienced individual with the ability to develop and implement the charity's commercial strategy and ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Oversee all financial operations, strategic financial planning and ensuring strong fiscal management.
  • Identify and cultivate innovative strategic partnerships and collaborations with key organisations to enhance the charity's commercial reach and impact.
  • Develop and implement effective brand management, marketing, and campaigns to support commercial and fundraising strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine and adapt the charity's commercial approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that commercial strategies are integrated with the charity’s overall goals and mission.
