About us
At Together Trust we believe everybody deserves an equal chance in life. There are no exceptions. We provide a wide range of support services including fostering, residential, community and family support. We also provide specialist educational support through our schools and colleges. In the current economic climate, the reality is that we are being pressed to provide more for less, and budgets are squeezed so tightly there would be little chance of providing additional resources without the help of our supporters.

A wonderful opportunity has arisen with Together Trust for an inspirational and ambitious fundraising manager to lead a small but passionate team of corporate, trusts and community and events fundraisers at our central office in Cheadle, Stockport. If you are motivated by making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable people and fundraising to enable them to live their lives to the full, then read on.

It is a particularly exciting time to join Together Trust as we head towards our 150th year, and this is an exciting role for the right candidate to shape.

As our new fundraising manager you will…
Be experienced in building a fundraising strategy and inspiring your team to approach their fundraising creatively and resourcefully. Be motivated by the exciting challenge ahead, to maximise the fundraising opportunities offered by our forthcoming landmark birthday in 2020.

Be highly experienced in building a fundraising strategy that spans community and events, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and major giving. Be passionate about ensuring your team meets their objectives to significantly increase income from voluntary sources.

About you
You get out of bed to make a difference to the lives of the vulnerable people we support. You are an ideas person who approaches fundraising creatively, and have a strong track record of success in delivering strategies and campaigns across the fundraising mix.

Your team will feel inspired, supported and energised by your leadership style. You work to continuously improve upon yesterday’s work, to exceed fundraising targets and find and recruit more donors/supporters.

In a nutshell, your team will be excited to arrive in work every day too because of the cohesive, collaborative and valued approach you bring.
