Our purpose is to transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children and our vision is to realise Thomas Barnardo's dream of a world where no child is turned away from the help that they need. If you share our belief, this is your opportunity to shape and support the Barnardo's West regional strategy to work with even more vulnerable children and young people over the coming years.
You will take the lead in providing a comprehensive range of invaluable services that evolve in response to commissioning priorities. So you'll also combine expert business management, including managing contracts and quality standards across a portfolio of diverse services, and the leadership that directs, guides and inspires your team at all levels. Our leaders are driven to deliver by thinking strategically, inspiring their team and engaging all with our big vision for transforming the lives of children. And you'll share those qualities too.
