We are seeking an inspirational and aspirational leader in Children's Services with a drive to ensure excellence for children, young people and their families.

You must have significant experience of managing residential provision, be prepared to register as a Responsible Individual  as well as having extensive knowledge of a range of issues that may impact on children and young people who are looked after and of those issues which affect parenting capacity.

Please include as much relevant detail in your application to demonstrate how you fulfil the requirements of our job role, as outlined above and in the Job Description/Personal Specification.  Experience can be from previous employment, education, training, volunteering etc.
