We support, encourage, and empower care experienced young people to live independent lives.
Lincolnshire County Council have been inspected by Ofsted and have achieved an ‘Outstanding' grade for the service we provide. We are looking to recruit a Project Worker to work across the region with our teams based in Lincoln, Louth, Peterborough and Sleaford. We also have some Care Leavers based out of County. We have a great track record at working with young people and helping them achieve outcomes. We encourage team members and care leavers to help us plan service development and move the service forward. Initial Specific Responsibilities To carry out pathway plans, statutory visits and risk assessments for Lincolnshire care experienced young people. Within Lincolnshire the Signs of Safety model is used across County as an assessment tool. Offer support and guidance with accommodation, health, education, employment and training, finances, and independent skills. Supplementary Information
