Location: CAFIS (Kent) Contract type: Fixed term End date: 1 Year Hours: 29.6 Salary: £28,631.00 - £30,921.48 (FTE) £22,904.80 - £27,737.18 (Pro Rata) plus £312 Office at Home Allowance Closing Date: 21 September 2022 Interview Date: 26 and 27 September 2022 CAFIS Connecting Adopted Families Independent Services is an interesting, bespoke Post Adoption Support Service on behalf of the RAA Adoption Partnership South East, this includes Kent, Medway and the London Borough of Bexley. We are looking for a qualified Social Worker with 2 years post qualifying experience in a Statutory Social Work setting but with a sound knowledge of care proceedings and/or adoption.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a small team as well as working on their own. This small team is supportive but very busy covering birth and adoptive families in Kent, Medway and Bexley. The work undertaken includes:
