Barnardos are looking to recruit a  highly skilled Practice Manager (3 days) for our Adoption Service based in Glasgow to lead a team of social workers providing post adoption support to individuals and families across the west and central belt.

We are looking to make a real difference in the lives of Children, Young People and Families by:
Leading and managing a staff team of Social Workers who provide a social work service to Foster Carers/Adopters and Children and Young People. This is to ensure that the best outcomes for children and young people are achieved at all times in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements, alongside Barnardo's policies and procedures.

Influencing and contributing to the development of the service by working collaboratively.
