About the role We work across East Anglia with children and young people on the edge of care, in care and leaving care. You will be joining a team of passionate and dedicated individuals who want the very best for the children and young people they care for. We strive to provide the highest quality of care, that is based on a therapeutic parenting model and trauma informed practice. Are you the dynamic and enthusiastic person we are looking for? In this role you will be responsible for the growth and development of the Fostering service, including all aspects of leading a successful and motivated team (recruitment, training, assessment, appraisals, and supervisions). You will need to have complete oversight on all legislative and regulatory requirements and ensure this is compiled to throughout the service, ensuring Break meets best practice standards. Building relationships will be a vital part of this role, be it internal or external, with young people, foster carers and relevant agencies being your key stakeholders. As part of these successful relations we expect this role to promote a feedback culture to ensure that the service is co-produced and meeting the needs of our young people. You will need:
