The overall purpose of the Senior Supervising Social Worker role is to manage caseloads, assess, train and support a diverse range of foster carers, children and young people. You may also be involved in the recruitment of foster carers. The successful candidate will also have a keen interest in Duty / Placement work as you will be expected to cover this on a regular basis. You are required to have the following:
As a Senior Supervising Social Worker, you will be required to be on an out of hours’ rota and you will be paid an out of hours’ allowance of £1,500 per annum, once participating in the rota.
