Are you a strategic thinker who engages and inspires people? Are you motivated by purpose and not profit?  Could you be the right person to lead our small but mighty team and help us transform children’s lives?

Team Fostering is looking for a CEO with Executive level experience in a social care environment, or who is driven by social purpose, to lead our not-for-profit fostering agency.

If you are a passionate and driven individual with a track record of success, who wants to make a difference, you could be our next CEO.

Get in touch to hear more about:
  • Our ethical, not for profit approach as a highly reputable fostering agency operating in Yorkshire, the East Midlands and the North East.
  • Our pride in our values and ethnical approach which drive how we deliver our services for our foster families.
  • Our commitment to offering children and young people the best start in life by placing them with highly skilled and dedicated foster carers.

We are looking for:
  • An inspiring, visionary, people-focused leader with strong strategic and operational experience in the social care sector or within organisations with strong social purpose and drive.
  • A leader with expertise in the delivery of outstanding operational services who will take responsibility for meeting the financial and business development targets set by the Board of Directors.
  • A leader with substantial experience at a senior level of leadership and management, driven to achieve demonstrable social benefits within either an independent fostering agency, a social care setting, charitable environment or comparable commercial organisation.
  • Someone with experience of organisational change, embedding a positive culture and building motivated teams.
  • A champion of our values of respect, honesty, transparency, reliability and putting children at the centre of all that we do.

For more information about the role or requirements, please contact Jane Butler (CEO) on 07769 908129 or Julie Bailey (Board Member) on 07855 865517.

The closing date for applications for this role is 9am on Tuesday 30th August 2022 and interviews are scheduled for the 14th and 15th of September 2022.

To apply, please complete an Application Form and Equal Opportunities Form (available below) and return to [email protected] no later than 9am on 30th August 2022.

Team Fostering strives to be diverse and inclusive - a place where we can ALL be ourselves. We particularly encourage applications from people who identify as Black, Asian or from a Minority Ethnic background, who are underrepresented within the agency.

Please note Team Fostering does not accept CVs.

Candidates are asked to indicate their preference for office base in their application submission.
