Each year, Fair Ways issue an Impact Report, taking a look back at the challenges and accomplishments

For the past 6 years, Fair Ways has produced an Impact Report. This is an opportunity to look back at the challenges and accomplishments of Fair Ways, providing an overview of the organisation and the key milestones that have been achieved in the year.

It is always amazing to look back and realise just how much has been achieved and what great stories there are to tell.

When we originally launched the Impact Report, the intention was that this report would be mostly used internally as a way for staff to reflect on the previous year. Each year its popularity has grown, and it is now one of the most visited pages on our website. It is read by many external visitors especially new recruits looking to join Fair Ways, local authorities, the regulators of Fair Ways services, and our contractors.
