Team Fostering is an ethical, not-for-profit fostering agency with a strong reputation and proven track record for providing high-quality, value for money fostering placements for looked after children. We are looking to recruit a Team Manager who will be responsible for the day to day management of a small team of Supervising Social Workers in our Middlesbrough office. Working as an integral member of the management team, you will have a sound knowledge of current legislation including regulations, guidance and standards, and will work to promote our ethical not-for-profit status. 

Above all, you will have excellent leadership, strategic vision, communication and interpersonal skills and be hardworking, positive and motivated to improve outcomes for looked after children. 

This post is based in Middlesbrough, however there will be a requirement to travel to our other Team Fostering offices in the North East, Yorkshire and East Midlands. 

There is a requirement to take part in our Out of Hours service as per the needs of the agency.

We offer hybrid working which includes a blend of home and office working with a minimum of one day per week in our offices.

Salary banding: £50,249.66 - £54,131.89 per annum
