Children who've been brought up in the care system are some of the most vulnerable in our society, and often don't do well at school. But a Government scheme's hoping to change that for good. From this September every council now has to have a 'Virtual Head' in place to improve the academic standards of children in care, by acting as a kind of "pushy parent".
